After the terrible delay experience we had last night with @SouthwestAir and the irresponsible way with which their customer service handled our team, that ended up costing us $$$$ in rebooking fees on other international flights, I cannot ever trust this airline again!!

Still on board the @SouthwestAir flight 1190 in Nashville. Waiting on departure. Wasting time in the heat on the runway. Delays and more delays. No one takes responsibility for the delay. This delay cost our team to loose our international flight in Miami. So irresponsible!!

Messaged @SouthwestAir via DM as they requested me here. No response! Our team of 23 is stuck as we are loosing our connection in Miami due to @SouthwestAir 3 hours+ delay! They offer no solution to us. How could I ever trust this airline again??

@SouthwestAir The delay @SouthwestAir in Nashville is so long!! 3 hours. Now we missed our international flight in Miami’s. The cost of finding another last minute flight is astronomical! We asked for help and no one even cared!! This is not a reliable airline!

@SouthwestAir is absolutely irresponsible airline. Keep delaying our flight from Nashville to Miami. Takes no responsibility in the issue, and now we will miss our international connection! No one is even trying to help us and we are a big group

I can officially say electric vehicles are a terrible idea for a rental car! @Avis should be ashamed of yourselves for forcing one on me when I clearly reserved a normal gas car! Never again!!

On the phone with @AmericanAir for 1 hour and 45 minutes. A simple call to request an upgrade turned into the agent altering our reservations and paid tickets! He apologizes for the error but can’t fix it! How is that possible? Unbelievable! Help!!!

@Avis Italy is absolutely bad service, and I have the highest preferred status with them (President’s club). I am so disappointed! They messed up our vacation completely!

No response or attempt to help so far from @AmericanAir! So sad!!

Hey @AmericanAir ! Your flight from Ontario to Dallas arrived late due to weather. We are on the ground for a long time now and no gate for us. I am going to miss my connecting flight to Nashville. No one can provide me any info! Help!

@AmericanAir is non responsive in an emergency. Tried to reach due to their looong delay in Dallas and missing my connecting flight. No response so far.

It’s 11:47, there is no aircraft on the ground and @AmericanAir continue to say we are departing at 12:00 am. How sad! Flight 3821 is no where to be found and no one can tell us what is happening meanwhile we are stranded at an airport with everything closed

@AmericanAir flight 3821 keeps being delayed few minutes at a time. 4 hours late now. No one says ANYTHING to us at airport. I wish they just tell us what’s happening.

Earlier this morning, a technical issue with a vendor impacted multiple carriers, including American. As of 5:00 a.m. ET, we have been able to safely re-establish our operation. We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.

@AmericanAir flight 271 from Charlotte to Nashville delayed over an hour and half now. They just keep delaying it 20 minutes at a time. Every time I connect in Charlotte there is a huge delay. Coincidence or bad service?

@AmericanAir I just dm you. Very disappointed at an unexplicable day that will affect my whole travel plans.

@AmericanAir flight 1152 from Nashville to Charlotte, boarded an hour ago, been sitting on the runway since with no departure time in sight. Now have a very tight connection in Charlotte. Not cool!
