Just learnt of this session. Important issues facing patients with papillary disease bladder cancer and patients facing shortage of BCG. These are the issues I have been discussing with FDA for a long time and will address them at our AUA talk on Saturday. Will livestream and share the presentation thereafter. Stay tuned.

The pressure on the FDA is getting louder.
Patients, advocates, doctors, and now more oncology voices are all saying the same thing: approve Anktiva for papillary bladder cancer.
This is not about a stock headline anymore. It is about patients running out of options while a treatment with real potential sits waiting.
Everyone is doing their part now. FDA needs to act.

Modern society is unfortunately destroying itself and has trapped millions of people in a cycle they don’t even realize they’re in.
Low energy. Brain fog. Anxiety. Poor sleep. Weight gain. Cravings. Chronic inflammation. Rising blood sugar. More doctor visits and medications every year.
One of the biggest drivers behind this metabolic disaster?
EXCESS BODY FAT.
Not because of appearance. But because of what body fat does metabolically.
Excess body fat (especially around the abdomen) is not just “stored energy.” It behaves like an inflammatory organ.
I’ll say that again: Fat = INFLAMMATION
Fat tissue releases inflammatory chemicals throughout the body. It disrupts hormones including insulin and keeps your body trapped in a constant low-grade state of metabolic stress.
This is INSULIN RESISTANCE.
Your body has to pump out more and more insulin just to keep blood sugar under control. Over time, the cells stop listening properly.
And when insulin resistance worsens, everything suffers:
Energy crashes
Weight gain becomes easier
Fat burning becomes harder
Hunger and cravings increase
Sleep quality worsens
Testosterone falls
Blood pressure rises
Triglycerides increase
Fatty liver develops
Inflammation spreads throughout the body
There isn’t an illness out there that isn’t linked to insulin resistance. The medical establishment and doctors should be thinking about this day and night and encouraging healthier behaviors.
And yes— mental health is also deeply connected to this too. Stress, depression, anxiety.
Inflammation and insulin resistance don’t just affect the waistline: they affect the brain.
Many people today are overweight, exhausted, stressed, anxious, emotionally drained and mentally stuck partly because their bodies are inflamed and metabolically unhealthy.
Modern toxic living has normalized:
Ultra-processed food and constant snacking
Relentless stress.
Sedentary lifestyles.
Overstimulation.
Poor sleep.
Emotional eating.
Alcohol excess.
Dopamine addiction.
Being disconnected from nature and movement.
Millions are trapped in this cycle.
But the good news? The human body is incredibly resilient. Because when you:
Reduce inflammation
Build muscle
Walk more
Sleep better
Eat real food
Lower insulin levels naturally
And lose excess body fat
Your body and mind WILL transform dramatically.
More energy.
Clearer thinking.
Better mood.
Confidence.
Strength.
Freedom.
This is not about chasing perfection or six-pack abs. It’s about reclaiming your metabolic health and your life. If you’re ready to start that transformative journey, watch my video here: youtu.be/oYkDHxcIufk?si…

"During COVID-19, millions of people lived in prolonged states of hypervigilance. A society repeatedly trained to fear invisible threats eventually begins to interpret ordinary life itself as dangerous." — Joseph Varon, M.D. @brownstoneinst

“It is a deep state project.”
CHD President Mary Holland says government, media, pharma, and universities are all aligned to avoid accountability for vaccine injuries.
“They're afraid of the liability.”
“They’re afraid they will be shown to have been complicit in this massive epidemic of vaccine injury.”
“Vaccines are dysregulating people's immune system.”
“They're causing death.”
“They're causing severe injuries of all kinds.”
