The moment the female officers nose was broke in the Manchester airport incident. The statement the Home Secretary put out after a snippet of video was released lacked any balance, as did much of the political commentary.

@TiredSgt Ok that’s an HC2 it is available to anyone on a low enough income who is not claiming Universal Credit. It is not for migrants specifially and has been around since I believe the mid 1980’s. I used to deal with them at work.
