Us FFXIV players routinely go 2-3 years between expansions and the game has gone for 10+ years and even had a complete demolition and rewrite after its disastrous 1st expansion debut. Some character we don’t see for years and some are gone for good. We know a lot about meetings and partings with beloved characters. That’s why I’m hopeful Infold can survive this and get their act together and I don’t mind waiting. I’m thinking the opposite. They want to maximize profits on the myths so they might delay it to fix whatever issues are with it and run it later maybe in August. I think they know they won’t make bank on it the way they did before BUT you might be right that they’re greedy and desperate. Let’s see what happens.
