Promising news: for the first time, @WHO has prequalified a maternal RSV vaccine to protect infants. Now, we are working on how to deliver it in lower-income countries, where 99% of RSV deaths occur to protect those most at risk. rb.gy/vti4ox

BREAKING: A Businees Jet just crashed on I-75 In Naples, Florida. This is approximately 35 minutes from where I am located. - A Bombardier Challenger 604 jet. It is normally configured with 10 – 12 passengers. - The Flight was headed towards Naples Airport when they radioed in that they lost control of both engines. - No reports on injuries just yet, but the situation looks pretty bad. This was not a small prop-plane, but a fairly large private jet.
