@tkyles39 strength of schedule should be based on 2026 projected wins, NOT 2025 records...using this criteria, one of toughest schedules in NFL, plus as you mention, travel and day game is played is pretty insane this year. It's feeling like it could be a .500 ish year in 2026

As we await the leaks on Schedule Day, it should be noted that the opponents and locations* for each team has reset completely to where it started in the 2002 realignment. It runs on a 24 season cycle, due to 4 interconference divisions, 3 intra, and 2 home/away pairings. 4*3*2.

Here’s every team’s 2026 NFL strength of schedule based on current projected win totals. This is a much better way to view strength of schedule because it actually takes offseason moves and roster changes into account. The #Lions have the “easiest” schedule, while the #Cardinals have the “hardest.” Shoutout to my guy @SharpFootball for putting this data together.

But the Phins are likely better than the Jets in the two games between them & then 12 games the opponents are identical, so those 3 games are enough to move Jets up to 5th easiest and Phins to 2nd hardest? Seems off to me.
