And now the second domino has fallen.
BU has lost Chance Gladden and Ben Defty in back-to-back days.
Defty was second in the NCAA in field goal percentage. He made the All-Patriot League second team and All-Defensive team.

Boston University forward Ben Defty intends to enter the transfer portal. The 7-footer was Second Team All Patriot and All Defensive team. Averaged 15.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and 1 block.

Plenty of scouts in Storrs for this Hockey East quarterfinal as BU takes on UConn.
Winnipeg, Detroit, Pittsburgh, New Jersey, Anaheim among those in attendance.

@iamelicloutier Hmmm, I think it could work in most of the NCHC and even schools like Mankato. Not perfect for the hockey east though.

Adler has an extra year of eligibility after only featuring in eight games her sophomore year due to a torn ACL in the nonconference.
BU head coach Melissa Graves called Adler the most improved player she’s ever seen following BU’s quarterfinal loss on Monday.

And. Here. We. Go. Boston senior 6'5 forward Anete Adler has entered the transfer portal as a grad transfer, per source. Adler averaged 15.4 points and 6.1 rebounds per game last year for Boston. She had two 33-point games this past season.

Navy head coach Tim Taylor continued speaking with me after his postgame availability and had incredibly high praise for BU senior Anete Adler (33 points).
He called her the most improved player in the Patriot League and he was impressed with her “pro moves.”
