$MSFT is currently trading 24x trailing P/E. It's historical average last 10 years is 31x. If it were to "Go back" to 31x that puts the stock price at roughly $500.

@NoahOptions 100%. $HOOD is one of those stocks that fit my thesis on the wheel perfectly. In the sense that I don't mind owning it and I don't mind NOT owning it. I'd be a lot more salty if this happened with something like $GOOGL.
Highest put was at 70 strike so capital risk around $7,000

@fire_inresting Yeah that hindsight sting is real, but you also had way less risk with puts vs owning shares through any dip. What was your total capital at risk on those puts?

The other side of the Wheel strategy.
I made $254 selling puts on $HOOD in the past 5 weeks. However if I just bought the 100 shares at ~$68, I would have made $1,100.
Just something I need to think about.

$MSFT is undervalued crowd: What are the big plays you think they have? I do think think they will go up to atleast 450 ish, but:
- Limited AI Moat, yes openai but it's not in-house
- Windows is rapidly losing market share
Xbox is dying.
- Azure has a lot of competition.
