One of my duty here is to disgrace you and your likes. Peter Obi's father was Josephat Obi (also spelled Josphat), a successful Nigerian businessman and trader from Agulu in Anambra State. He owned and operated the popular Ideal Soul Supermarket in Onitsha during the 1950s and 1960s one of the early big supermarkets in the East. He died in 1968 when Peter was about 7 years old. Now, who is Tinubuโ€™s father?

Back then in 2020, on my way to work while it was raining... I saw a lady stranded waiting for a cab, so I decided to give her a free lift... When she hopped in, I notice she was using the latest Iphone & carrying an expensive gucci bag .. Then I jokingly asked "Young lady were u waiting for your driver to pick u up or your car develop fault so u decided to leave it at home" She smiled & said "I really don't have a car neither do I have a driver" She then asked " why did u think I have a car?" My respond "the amount u use in getting this iPhone & gucci bag would have gotten u a car" ... Many of u don't know people will respect u more cos u have a car than using the latest gadget

Truth of the matter is Itโ€™s different strokes for different folks Being a designer you already know that thereโ€™s no one size fits all Some people prefer trail and error in learning Some people prefer YouTube Some prefer to pay because they believe paying for a course would make them serious Some prefer onsite training Some want someone to hold them and walk them through everything Humans are nuanced and idiosyncratic For me I like all the different options of learning at different points in my life ๐Ÿ˜‚

Learning from YouTube for free is way better than wasting money on courses. A guy who paid 300k for a bootcamp saw my design last week and asked where I learned from. I told him I learned everything I know now on YouTube and Twitter. Note, heโ€™s not the only person who has regretted paying for courses or bootcamps. If you canโ€™t get a mentor, donโ€™t waste your money. Go to YouTube ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพโค๏ธ

My mum was always against me having female friends. when I was writing JAMB, there was this friend of mine then at my jamb tutorial, very beautiful babe. Her street was inside mine so we would always walk past my house every evening after tutorials. Me being the good guy, would walk her past my place to her own house and she'd get home and walk me back halfway to my place and we'd both go our separate ways after. My mum found out and didn't like it, she warned me but I was adamant. On this faithful day, My friend didn't see me at the tutorial for two days and thought to come check on me at home. When she came, I wasn't home. She knocked and my mum answered, my mum was very hostile towards her and eyed her uncomfortably, she complained to me and a couple of weeks later we stopped being friends because she was under the impression that my mum h@ted her. I was vexed and I told my mum that since she didn't want me to have female friends, I'd become gay. I vowed to never talk to any girl again. She thought it was jokes till I legit started ignoring every girl in our vicinity. Neighbours, church members or random people, it didn't matter who it was and whenever they asked what happened I'd say "my mummy asked me to not talk to any girl again and I was to become gay on my mum's wishes." She got angry but slowly the anger turned to fear. It took the intervention of our youth minister in church to speak to me before I decided it was enough, I didn't speak to any lady we both knew for 3 months straight.

What I just clocked about this whole trend is that men actually own X (Twitter). Despite women not being in the comments, every tweet of that trend is a banger back to back to back. Itโ€™s men supporting men. Itโ€™s men supporting women. Men make trends. Men are the trend. Men are the algorithm. Men are powerful Men is life

I heard this when i was in court. A very wealthy man was st0ned by his son when they had an argument, the son apologised later on and the beef ended. The man did everything to make sure that the son turned out to be a great man in life. He sponsored his education abroad and did every other necessary thing. When he passed away, the son came back to Nigeria for the burial and also for the reading of the will. When they read the will, old man only left behind the stone the son threw at him years ago for the son and nothing else. He was a very wealthy man but he left nothing tangible for that particular child.๐Ÿ’”
