Surrender for what? There isn’t a single case filed against Dela Rosa in any PH court, let alone a warrant from a local judge. Yet, these “minority” Senators want their own colleague to surrender to a foreign body. Good thing they are now the “minority”—they can no longer inflict further damage to the institution.
