Today at 6:40am #FairfaxsBravest responded to a house fire in the 3100 blk of Holmes Run Rd in West Falls Church. Units arrived to fire engulfing the roof of a 2-story single-family home. Fire is out. 1 civilian evaluated for non-life-threatening injuries. No FF injuries.

This morning in East Germantown, PFD responded to a fire in a two-story rowhouse. Two occupants were rescued from the home, and later a firefighter was also rescued after declaring a mayday when the first floor collapsed. (1/2)
