Very disappointed in @Hertz . Loyal PC member for years - took it for granted that you would give super-loyal, high-frequency users the best price when booking direct. Imagine how disappointed to find rates 25% lower online. So much for the fruits of loyalty.

I've read all the Jack Reacher thrillers, and the astonishing thing is how consistent they are: All excellent . That's also true of the next one, "In Too Deep," which I just read an advance copy of-- and, again, couldn't put down. Bravo, @LeeChildReacher and @DelacortePress!
