Catching up on the E15-SRE Reform House drama after some morning earnings. The E15 text in question appears to be the original 2025 HR 1346 (which is causing some confusion) plus Print 119-28 submitted yesterday by @FischbachMN7. It's there that SRE modifications are outlined: 1. Defines small refining companies as those with obligated fuel production of 75kbd or less in 2025 (not crude throughput) 2. Starting in 2028 EPA cant issue extensions of exemptions via Section 211(o)(9) of the Clean Air Act (original statute) 3.
