i'm rebuilding the plan mode in Command Code. as i rewrite and build v1, i'm writing a lot of code manually, and getting models too generate the same, the biggest issues of hallucination i find is in the plan mode, and this is across different coding agents, claude/codex/command all have the same issues. i'm super excited to share what the new plan mode will look like, as i'm able to get models to be more aligned, and follow the plan. this is an exciting side product of rewriting the entire core of Command Code. get ready for a superb quality SDK, GUI, ACP, and command going open source as we finish all this.

The right-wing shift in South America is accelerating, ending the decades-long "left tide" that kicked off with Hugo Chavez winning in Venezuela in 1998. Some are calling it the El Salvador effect, where simply removing the worst ~1-2% of the population leads to a much safer country... and people are tired of the decades of uncontrolled crime, and being hostages to the cartels. Also interesting how this happened so quickly after the cuts to USAID that funded a lot of the left-wing activist networks. Now I'm wondering if this will lead to the resurgence and the comeback of South America. Better rule of law and restoring trust in society are like the bare minimum for functional capitalism. Only time will tell.

@Hesamation I'd argue writing code is solved Coding moved pretty much exclusively to the architecture layer You still shouldn't blindly trust AI with your codebase, but writing code manually is ultimately a waste of time at this point
