This lat pulldown setup can go heavier than any version you’ve ever used in a commercial gym. Over 400 lbs; even upwards of 800 lbs if I added another unit. And, I can manipulate the strength curve any way I’d like. Home gyms are where the innovation is happening.

The UK has a two part test to decide whether they will prosecute or not. It’s quite difficult to get criminal rape charges there.
