@Arikatokarin @fittrack It took months but I finally got mine, only to find it was used with corrosion in the battery compartment. Via Facebook I messaged the company AGAIN, with pictures and they apologized saying they would send a new one. They never sent a new one and stopped replying to me.

@fittrack why is Hume adding 3lb onto the weight displayed on the scale every time I use it? Which weight is correct? Also where’s my historic data from My Fittrack Pro?

@fittrack The app is gone. The new app says I never had the old app registered to my email. YEARS of data gone. Where is it? Don’t want to sign up until I know where my old data went!and that it can be recovered. Thanks.

@cierrafaithxo @Hazybaby19 @fittrack @smcgShelly 100% wife pre-ordered it way back. Worked fine for like a month and then all the problems started. They also just ignore any emails etc. Hope anyone reading this reconsider. Absolute TERRIBLE product and company.

@fittrack My Daria scale says connected in the app but won’t send any information to the scale. Selected forget device and while the app sees the scale it will not add it back to devices.
