@Bertazzoni_ita worst products on the plant do not purchase be aware their custom service very rude and unprofessional having issues with their products since I got them they do not back up there products they keep sending me repair person from third party not familiar with it

@Bertazzoni_ita help! I bought a convection/microwave 4 months ago. It’s broken. Your customer service elected to replace the machine and turned me over to @AJMadison who wants to issue a refund. Unacceptable.
