Listening to the reports of the SCOTUS argument on mail-in ballots, I am stunned that the justices are considering arguments that Congress and the state legislatures should be deciding. They are not equipped or constitutionally mandated to be making these judgements.

@TonyLaneNV I understand the firing of weapons he had a gun and had ample warnings to drop the gun but the amount of shots fired was a lil excessive. Pretty sure he was done for after the first couple shots being so close. I stand with the cops but a touch too much in my opinion.

This was from the previous killing of a US citizen by a Federal Agent in Minneapolis, but everything in it applies to what happened yesterday as well. Also, for what it’s worth, there have been 3 total killings in Minneapolis in 2026… and we’ve seen two of them on our phones.
