@MyronGainesX @hippojuicefilm My gosh , if I wanted to commit suicide I’d climb to your ego and leap to your iq. Your disdain for the race you spend your time cosplaying is immense atp. Why not use your govt and let the people know you aren’t even ethnically black

@Rainmaker1973 What about sitting down and not dancing? Is that attractive because dancing is for women. What about a portable LED sign that says "you're welcome to sit down here with me if you're a woman because dancing is for women of which I am a man" Reckon my contacts will be flooded

@konakoukalaka @ZeroDarkTonyTV @Clip_Station_ Freedoms are privileges, not licenses. Treat them as such. If you display a long track record of targeted harassment, neither judge nor jury will protect you. Freedom of speech has its practical limits, as it should.

Elon Musk just told Joe Rogan every app on your phone will be dead in 5 years. Not struggling. Not declining. Dead. Musk: “You’ll get everything through AI.” Rogan asked the timeline. Musk: “5 or 6 years, something like that.” Rogan: “So 5 or 6 years, apps are like Blockbuster video.” Musk: “Pretty much.” That’s not some AI newsletter prediction. That’s the guy who owns the platform you’re reading this on telling you the entire app economy has an expiration date. Think about how your phone actually works right now. Apps trained your brain to think in boxes. One box for email. One for music. One for video. One for food. One for banking. Your entire digital life is opening and closing 30 different boxes. All day. Every day. AI doesn’t think in boxes. It thinks in intent. Musk: “Whatever you can think of or really whatever the AI can anticipate you might want, it’ll show you.” Not what you search for. Not what you tap on. What you haven’t even thought of yet. The app needed you to know what you wanted and go get it yourself. AI arrives before the thought fully forms. That’s not an upgrade to the interface. That’s the end of the interface. Musk went further. He said most of the content people consume in 5 to 6 years will be AI-generated. Music. Video. All of it. Rogan admitted AI-generated music is already his favorite. Not a prediction. Present tense. The ground already moved. Most people are still arguing about which streaming app has the better library. Every major tech company of the last 15 years was built on one assumption. That you would come to them. Download their app. Learn their layout. Give them your attention. Give them your data. AI inverts that entire model. You stop going to anything. Everything comes to you. Anticipated, filtered, delivered before you finish the sentence. The App Store doesn’t shrink. The concept of an app store stops making sense entirely. You don’t browse a shelf of tools when the tool already knows what you need. The phone isn’t dying. But the 30 icons on your home screen are the Blockbuster shelves of 2031. And right now, you’re still renting.

LMAO you must be a brainwashed fool who believes we're all the same and "muh girl power" nonsense. Men are up to 3x stronger and about twice as fast as women pound for pound. I'm 6'6" 225lbs 12% body fat. This chick is like 100-110lbs. This means I'm around >6x stronger than her. Also the way the bow bends you can see it's basically a plastic broom stick. It would snap on my arm first block then i would blitz her and do anything I want.

RESEARCHERS JUST BUILT AN AI MODEL TRAINED ONLY ON TEXT FROM BEFORE 1931 it's called talkie. 13 billion parameters, trained exclusively on text published before december 31, 1930 its worldview is completely frozen in time the reason this matters: every major AI model today (GPT, claude, gemini, llama) was trained on the modern web. that makes it almost impossible to tell if these models actually reason or if they just memorized the answers from their training data talkie breaks that completely because it has never seen any modern information the crazy part: talkie can learn to write python code from just a few examples you show it in the prompt. despite having ZERO modern code in its training data. it's figuring out programming from 19th century mathematics texts. that's ACTUAL reasoning claude sonnet 4.6 was used as the judge in talkie's reinforcement learning pipeline. claude opus 4.6 generated the synthetic conversations used in fine tuning. a modern AI was used to train a model that's supposed to be frozen in 1930 the team already flagged this as a contamination risk they want to eliminate in future versions what they're using it to study: > long range forecasting. how well can a model "predict" the future from a frozen vantage point > invention. can it develop ideas that didn't exist until after its knowledge cutoff > LLM identity. what makes a model itself vs what's just patterns absorbed from the web alec radford built this. the same guy behind GPT, CLIP, and whisper both models are open source on hugging face. they're already planning a GPT-3 scale vintage model later this year an AI that has never seen the modern world can still reason its way to writing code. THAT alone tells you more about intelligence than any benchmark ever will

@geekmdtravis @om_patel5 It’s not “music”, it’s just vibrating air! If a system can infer abstract rules, generalize them, plan over them, and apply them flexibly, then the distinction between “real” reasoning and statistical reasoning is null and you should then question whether humans truly learn too

@fivepebbles__ @om_patel5 It’s not “learning”. It’s Bayes-like iterative conditional probability refinement. And it all goes poof when the context is removed.

@BarackObama You want to create congressional ghettos using black people as pawns to rig power for more race communism. If white people were doing the same thing, you’d burn cities down. It’s wrong, illegal and unconstitutional. In a Republic, we have Rule of Law not Rule of Race

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

@NombreHueco @Michaeldudufudu Do we have numbers that reflect the claim about younger generations being less frugal? From what I can tell just anecdotally, the ones who are complaining about the economy are also frugal (just not by choice), whereas the ones who AREN’T frugal are just more vocal in general.

Everyone is missing the point. You can both be mad at the current state of things AND be frugal. People feel less sympathy for a poor person who spends money on tattoos and cigarettes than for a family who's buying the bare minimum just to get by. It's partly an optics thing. Similar to SNAP recipients using it for soda and cake. I agree that the current state of prices and wages is far worse than the boomers' environment. I just don't agree that it's an excuse to not be frugal in the ways you can.

@om_patel5 A model trained on pre-1931 text is a time capsule, not a chatbot. The real value is measuring how modern AI's worldview differs from a century ago. The gaps between 1931 and 2026 knowledge reveal what we collectively forgot.

@geekmdtravis @om_patel5 If it were pure instruction following, it would fail at performing tasks that go beyond simply combining the rigid templates it knows. Instead, LLMs can write novel functions, combine APls in unseen ways, and debug unfamiliar code patterns. Context learning is a real phenomenon.

@om_patel5 An LLM following instructions is not novel. Writing Python isn’t “learning”. That’s instruction following. Your LLM doesn’t learn from what you give it. You only add context. The model is static, weights don’t update based on its experience.
