Here is the Glitch we need to pay attention to... No one is really saying this out loud. When LNG gets hit, it’s not just energy. It’s food. No gas → no fertilizer No fertilizer → less food Meanwhile, North America is sitting on massive natural gas reserves, and we have been fighting over how to utilize it for years. This isn’t a supply issue. It’s a self-inflicted crisis that we could have prevented. Watch closely as this unfolds and disrupts our global food supply.

Get your parents off BP meds and cholesterol-lowering medications, get them on a GLP-1 to control inflammation because that is the real solution. Get them on a DORA sleep medication (Belsomra or Dayvigo) to reverse age-related dementia and Alzheimers. **dual orexin receptor antagonists (DORAs)—a newer class of sleep medications. Sleep is not just about rest; it is one of the brain’s primary mechanisms for clearing metabolic waste through the glymphatic system, including beta-amyloid proteins associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

They were preparing to put her in aged care. Memory loss. Confusion. Leaving the iron on. Her husband thought it was Alzheimer’s…until they found out the real cause. She’d been on cholesterol-lowering meds for 10 years. Lipitor. And after just 3 days off? Her memory started coming back. He said: “I’ve got my wife back.” How many people are suffering needlessly from memory loss, dementia, even Alzheimer’s — Not from aging… But from a medication they were told would “protect” them? The side effects are real: 🧠 Dementia 💪 Muscle wasting 🧬 Alzheimer’s 💔 And now even breast cancer This isn’t rare — it’s happening all around us.

One of the most commonly prescribed blood pressure medications is thiazide diuretics like Hydrochlorothiazide. What do diuretics do? Make you pee out sodium and water. So, we identified that too much salt and water retention raises blood pressure. Then instead of asking why the kidneys are retaining sodium, we gave people a pill to flush it out. The cause never got a question. Just a prescription that has known side effects that include depletion of potassium, increase in uric acid and worsening of insulin resistance.

Inflammation in the body causes cholesterol to deposit in the arteries, leading to heart disease. This occurs regardless of the amount of cholesterol in the bloodstream. Reducing cholesterol numbers is irrelevant, the real fix is addressing the inflammation.

People hear "retatrutide + semaglutide stack" and think: overkill. Redundant. Just raise the dose. Here's what's actually happening when you raise the retatrutide dose instead: ↑ Resting heart rate 10-15 bpm ↓ Overnight HRV ↑ Sleep disturbances More glucagon. More sympathetic tone. More side effects. But sema+reta? Retatrutide - glucagon-driven energy expenditure - fat mobilization Low-dose semaglutide - fills the appetite gap without escalating glucagon load - adds focus - quiets food noise Stacks work when they fill what's missing - not when they duplicate what's already there.

@yoursimmo11 The protein craze will soon be debunked like the low-fat craze of the 80s and 90s. Excess protein is not utilized and is stored as fat. Women need to be especially careful. I am convinced it is causing them to be puffy and have more cellulite, even though they are "fit".

The health space treats protein powder like water. Non-negotiable. Foundational. Everyone needs it. Most whey protein is a byproduct of industrial cheese manufacturing. The whey is acid-washed, heat-processed, spray-dried, and then artificially flavored with sucralose or acesulfame potassium. The heat processing denatures immunoglobulins and lactoferrin. The compounds that made whey valuable in the first place are destroyed before the powder reaches your shaker. You're drinking denatured industrial dairy waste with artificial sweetener and calling it a health food because it has 25g of protein per scoop. 4 eggs have 24g of protein with choline, B12, selenium, and fat-soluble vitamins intact. There's no processing, no denaturing, and no artificial sweetener.

@paulb3rd Avoid all forms of protein powders, bars, shakes, and anything with "extra" protein. Your body can only absorb so much protein; the excess gets stored as fat. The protein myth is a fallacy. Just eat REAL food.

I am going to say this loudly for those in the back of class. PROTEIN BARS suck ass. They should never be a regular part of your diet. They are a highly processed trash food which use cheap protein, additives and artificial sweeteners that will fuck your stomach up.

@AmmousMD I think it is more related to blood pressure-lowering medications. Most people on statins are also on a BP med, and the sodium depletion is what causes insulin resistance, which leads to Type II diabetes.

One of the biggest lies!!! Low sodium can result in insulin resistance - blood pressure-lowering medication leads to type II diabetes, thus you need to be put on another prescription medication, Metformin. The cycle of prescription medication continues. Sodium (real mineral salt) powers the cell battery, which is the mitochondria. It is called the Krebs' cycle, and many Drs missed that class in high school biology class. Basic science!

@DrMcFillin The vicious cycle of nonsense. You can really see this in full effect at any pharmacy. Just sit for 10 minutes and see what is really going on with Americans and their health! So many of these prescriptions are absolutely unnecessary and are causing more harm than good.

You went to the doctor. They gave you a pill. The pill caused side effects. They gave you another pill for that. Now you're on 4 medications. None of them cure anything. All of them need refills. Every. Single. Month. That's not healthcare. That's a subscription model with your body as the product.

Hear me out for a second… 🤔 What if they’re grooming Erika Kirk to be the next Vice President? You don’t just suddenly enter politics with no political background or military experience, and land in the White House without a bigger plan behind it. Something about this whole situation is very off! She is extremely off, but so is President Trump lately. What the hell is going on???

Grass-Fed Beef Collagen Gummies Ingredients: 1 cup fruit juice (pomegranate, cherry, orange, or berry work well) 3–4 tbsp grass-fed beef gelatin or collagen peptides 1–2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness) ½ tsp lemon juice (optional, brightens flavor) Optional: pinch of sea salt vitamin C powder (helps collagen synthesis) pureed fruit for texture Instructions: Warm the juice in a small saucepan over low heat. Do not boil. Slowly whisk in the gelatin or collagen until fully dissolved. Stir in honey and lemon juice if using. Pour mixture into silicone molds or a shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm. Pop out and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Benefits... These are great because they provide: collagen peptides for skin, joints, and connective tissue glycine to support sleep and recovery protein without sugar spikes (especially if low-sugar juice is used) Each gummy typically provides 2–4 grams of collagen protein, depending on how concentrated you make them.

Collagen supplements are a $7 billion industry built on one lie: Swallowed collagen does not become your collagen. Your stomach hydrolyzes it into amino acids. Glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline. The same amino acids in a $7 pot of bone broth. There is no receptor in your gut that says "oh, this is collagen, send it to the knee." Your body breaks it down and redistributes it wherever it's needed. Exactly like any other protein source. You're paying 20x the price of broth for the privilege of eating rendered cowhide scraps in capsule form.

One of the most overlooked advances in men’s health right now is Kyzatrex. For years men avoided testosterone therapy because they didn’t want injections or were worried about older oral forms affecting the liver. Kyzatrex changed that. It’s oral testosterone undecanoate absorbed through the lymphatic system, which means it bypasses many of the liver concerns associated with earlier oral testosterone medications. Why it matters: • stable physiologic testosterone levels • no injections • convenient oral dosing • can significantly improve free testosterone when SHBG is elevated And here’s the bigger issue most people aren’t talking about: We are in the middle of a low testosterone epidemic. Men are dealing with: • chronic fatigue • low libido • poor recovery • declining metabolic health • rising infertility Testosterone therapy isn’t about “optimization culture.” It’s about restoring normal physiology when hormone signaling is broken. When used appropriately and under proper medical supervision, medications like Kyzatrex can help men regain energy, strength, metabolic health, and quality of life. Men’s hormonal health deserves far more attention than it’s getting. kyzatrex.com
