The two ‘missing’ Doctor Who episodes from THE DALEKS' MASTER PLAN will be materialising on BBC iPlayer on 3rd April at 6am! 🎞️ This clip is from The Nightmare Begins, one of the two missing episodes discovered! It also features a first Doctor Who appearance for Nicholas Courtney, who went on to play the iconic Brigadier Alistair Lethbridge Stewart.

Just ran into Paul McGann outside a local hardware shop! Asked him for a selfie, which he declined, but spoke to me for about 5 min, and I asked him why he wouldnt return to the show, to which he replied. "I'm always available" ! Lovely guy, the greatest Doctor we never got. Wow.

The BBC and Bad Wolf should have had a Plan B if things didn't work. The fact that they didn't means that we now have a fundamentally incomplete era that had lots of potential with its casting and ideas but screwed up in all the worst ways. It could've gone so much more smoothly.

@frombwtocolor As a 16:9 snob, I hate the fact that this is where they stopped letting the show fill my TV. But that's a problem with modern TV in general. They love wasting part of the image with black bars.

I usually try to be kinder to The Chibnall Era, but the one thing I generally don't like about it is that I feel like Doctor Who's cinematography and colour grading started to get even worse during that era. It looked like a bland Netflix show or a grey Marvel movie.

I'd like to propose an expansion of The Collection Blu-ray range to include the show's revival era (2005-present), beginning with the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith). There are plenty of edits and errors with many missing/unreleased extras across previous DVD and Blu-ray releases of Series 5, 6, 7 and the 2013 specials, so please allow me to summarise the key issues and list the proposed contents for each Collection boxset in a 🧵, using tempusware's magnificent fan artworks (blog.tempusware.com/doctor-who-the…).
