Why doesn't @Fox4KansasCity acknowledge my queries to their problem solvers? Very rude that they would not even respond to tell me that they were not interested in helping me solve my problem!

@ameriprise is trying to force me to go paperless before allowing me to access my account online. Very poor customer service.

If you are considering @WellcarePlans for a prescription drug plan, don't!! Their live customer service is a mess. Agents are uninformed and difficult to work with. I will not be renewing my plan.
