This is the 2nd time that a package has been opened and stolen. You have to have cameras that’s show this is happening. This makes the retailers look bad. They lose money, we as consumers lose money and @ups doesn’t stop the millions in fraud. Clean house! Do better!

Hey @UPS a lot of us are getting pretty sick and tired of some of your employees at your facilities opening packages that are being shipped and stealing our merchandise. Replacing it with trash that weighs the same or slightly more than what the actual merchandise weighed.

I strongly encourage the rest of us to listen to what he discovered before his battle was over. I truly hope in the past year, he met Jesus. That is where the road he was on ultimately ends. He is right that you are worthy of God's love. He loves you. He is real. And he really sent his son to die for your sins so you can be with Him forever.

@JenX_Nifty @pulte You need to find a lender that doesn’t have loan overlays. FHA loans require 3.5% down. There are no FHA loans to buy homes that are 0 down unless someone is taking advantage of a 2nd mortgage that covers the 3.5% down payment.

WHY do the FHA loans require 10% down for people with credit under 580;😵 like are we trying to keep the poor people down? I know that’s not your style Pulte this should be changed at least temporarily 3.5% down with decent credit 580^ $0 down with good credit 700 😂 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I’m tired of being TRAPPED with $2000 a month in rent how tf can anyone save up 10% 🤷‍♀️ Hard times from once being an employer Damn this trap is real 😵

@pulte As a mortgage broker, can you help lower the LLPAs for refinancing? That would help so many people right now. They were put in place durning COVID and they just make the rate to refinance so much higher

We are also working on ways to give relief in the 5 year mortgage, the 10 year mortgage, and the 15 year mortgage. Biden really made it impossible for people to buy a home and start a family!

Hey @UPS not sure what is happening with deliveries now, but the package I was supposed to receive today was delivered, but to the wrong address. And the proof of delivery pic doesn’t even help me figure out where it could possibly have been delivered to.
