I ordered this food and the picture shown in the app was different and order delivered was different. Restaurant took full amount and swiggy executive dint supported on the same. They just closed the ticket and avoided the issue. @Swiggy @SwiggyCares You can even match the pics

@Cleartrip I recently booked the flight ticket from cleartrip and my PNR is KVC6QK and by mistake it was booked for 16th july but I was making the booking for 16th April Airline refunded the full amount and your team deducted 50% in that. I think it is not right.

@Cleartrip @Cleartrip The booking was made of 2053 and the amount they deducted is 700 even when ticket is cancelled within 5 min of booking. Airline refunded full refund but your team deducted 700 and its not a good business practice. It is just injustice to client

The ticket was cancelled within 5 min of booking and ideally every company is laible to provide full refund for it. So why the amount was deducted. Secondly, executive also said they will charge even the extra amount while refunds.
