Jack Ginnivan deserves a lot more credit than he gets from the footy public. He’s become a ⭐️ of the game. An elite and 🧠 footballer. After being dropped early last season, he returned and was one of only five players in the AFL to average 20+ disposals and 1 goal a game. ⏩ to season 2026 and he’s continued his brilliant from from 2025. In his 4 games this season, he’s averaging just under 20 disposals, 6 marks, 4 inside 50’s and over 1 goal a game. He’s also become a great 🏃 . Those are 🔥 numbers for the role he’s playing. Today he finished with 19 disposals. 7 score involvements, 7 marks, 4 rebound 50’s and 2 goals. He also had some incredible defensive wins. If he continues this form, he deserves to be in the All-Australian squad discussions come seasons end. Only just tuned 23 as well! 👏 👏 Ginni. @HawksInsiders

1/2 time. Cats by 9. Two goals in the last minute to Geelong, pretty disappointing. But overall I was pleased with that term. I really felt like they might blow us off the park, and it was headed that way until we fought back really well. Ward is working his ass off, Impey has been great, Ginni with some vital influence. This could still easily go either way. Umpiring is 11-4 the Cats way, which is not massive, but boy it feels huge. Frustrating. #AFLHawksCats

✍️ “Sir Max Gawn” As long as he doesn’t get injured 🤞 Max Gawn will receive his 9th All-Australian selection this year. His first came in 2016 after 61 games. The 8 to follow will come after his next 210 games. On average, that’s an All-Australian selection every 26 games! Just ridiculous. He’s going to retire an all-time great of the game & arguably the 🐐 ruckman. We have all been privileged to witness him play every week at such an elite level for so long.
