@CrossCountryUK I’m now starting a lengthy commute once a week and due to the length of the journey am opting for first class so I can work. So far….wifi not working, no food or drink being offered…what am I paying for?

@vintedUK Joined 2 days ago & started posting items only to be blocked immediately! Will only communicate via chat when trying to understand what i’ve done wrong & why I’m suspected of fraudulent activity. Taken 2 days for response then receive request for photos. Not impressed at all!

@R_Zed @WHOOP Yep and they take without authorisation another full year subscription fee after 6 months despite it coming with 12 months….make sure you switch off auto renew otherwise you’ll have a hell of a job getting the money back

@WHOOP is officially the worst customer service on the planet. Pls move to AI, much better comprehension and understanding. I’ve marked my calendar to end my subscription permanently. Your team does not want to make an effort in helping me PAY for an annual subscription. Wow.

@Mo_buckets_Mo @WHOOP Be careful also. They claim the item comes with a 12 month subscription yet take (without warning) the full amount again after 6…make sure you switch off auto renew otherwise they’ll just do what they want

@WHOOP customer service has been awful!! Most companies allow for extended returns around the holiday season but not here! I’ve been trying to return/exchange a Christmas present that is outside of the return window however there has been no effort to compromise in this situation
