Lees than 3 hours since I submitted my form, @SouthwestAir has provided:
1️⃣ Full refund for my canceled flight
2️⃣ $149 check for the last-minute Hawaiian fare
3️⃣ $250 voucher for a future Southwest flight
Maybe it’s the blue check, but it sure seems like Southwest is paying up

Just submitted the @SouthwestAir form to be reimbursed for expenses incurred due to the meltdown. I had originally paid $39 for OGG-KOA. When Southwest canceled, I bought a walk-up ticket on Hawaiian for $149. Completing the form was easy, but now we wait and see what happens..
