Sharing some context on why we have been building an L1 agent chain. 🍿 I’ve worked in AI for years and have seen it grow from research dreams to mainstream adoption. Along the way I’ve collaborated closely with leading teams like DeepMind and Nvidia. The rate of innovation has never felt faster than it does right now and like many others at the forefront of the field I see a new wave of challenges we need to take seriously. Agents are gaining the ability to read private data, parse untrusted content and communicate externally. This is what some call the lethal trifecta and it is already affecting systems like Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and others. The problem? LLMs cannot reliably distinguish who gave an instruction, only what was said. Malicious prompts hidden inside a PDF, an email or a webpage can easily hijack the agent’s behavior. And if that agent has tool access it can create major vulnerabilities including exposure of highly sensitive data. No vendor can guarantee guardrails that work 100% of the time. The most reliable path forward is public infrastructure that makes agent behavior transparent and verifiable from the ground up. As agents become more capable, we also need ways to prove what they said, what they did and when they did it. That includes selectively verifying ownership of conversations, protecting IP and enabling long-term accountability whether for safety, creativity or collaboration. Solving this is essential if agents are to earn trust and become part of how we work, build and communicate. Testnet in August.
