@EalingCouncil the new speed humps on Leighton Road are too high. It is impossible for me to get my car over them without scraping the underneath. Have a look at the top of them to see how damaged they are. If you don't want cars on that road, close it rather than causing damage.

@HSBC_UK your service status page says all services working normally but I can't access business mobile or website banking. When will your systems be restored and why is the service status page wrong?
After multiple failed attempts I think I have a booking but the card verification was blocked for my safety and security. However, the Avios have been taken and I have a PNR. Just no email confirmation or any sign of a ticket number in manage my booking.
@British_Airways your website is broken again. You've put multiple holds on my card but have yet to confirm a booking as your website page claims there's an error. Are you getting a refund from the company you paid for this pile of junk? Or sacked whoever lead the project?

@Channel4 when will it be possible to log into your website? It's been unavailable for days. Just says "something has gone wrong" tried multiple browsers, tried registering a new account, tried resetting my password.
@British_Airways Thanks for the valuable help. I am checked in, I have a BP downloaded as a PDF but your app still cannot perform this most basic function. Is issue of a BP via the app now linked to the amount of money spent on the flight as that's the metric by which you determine good customers

@BYPNetworkApp how do I delete my personal data from your systems? Your emails cannot be unsubscribed from, profiles cannot be deleted, and your privacy policy is a boiler plate template that hasn't been properly completed. Where's your @ICOnews registration? Do you have a DPO?
