@bt_uk If only it were that simple! already spoken to customer care a lot, I keep being billed for the digital voice service I don’t want and receiving new hubs. I have a lot of returns packs too but have better things to be doing than returning hubs I don’t want and didn’t ask for!

Hi @EasyJet any idea how I can get someone to actually process my family’s compensation claim from May? I’ve tried multiple routes including website, phone and email but am still owed £1,050 and no progress!! All after being denied boarding at the gate due to not enough seats!

@andycloquet @easyJet Thanks Andy. I got as far as email confirmation that the claim had been sent for approval with finance but that was many weeks ago and they’ve stopped replying so that might be my only option :-(
