@dorah_muhanuuzi Maybe things have changed in Kampala but when I last lived there I was paying about UGX 900k (less than $300) for a 2-bed duplex in Muyenga before moving to Munyonyo. For $300, you get a 2-bed in crowded (read Ruaka, et al.) neighborhoods in Nairobi. Point me in that direction 😂

$300 in K’la gets you a 1 bedroom in dusty Kyanja or Kisaasi, wedged btn a Pentecostal church and a bar, with no access road $300 in Nairobi gets you a 2-bedroom in a gated estate with a gym, pool, elevator, landscaped gardens… and a casual view of a national park. Now hear SSD.
