One of my favorite lessons I’ve learnt from working with smart people:
Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing.
Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.

ok let me explain this a little further because people are getting mad:
you can build a brand and also do socialfi at the same time but you need balance it out.
why?
- because no serious brand will work with you exclusively if they see you shilling anything on an InfoFi board just because it pays.
good example would be rolex:
rolex can charge insane prices because they built an exclusive brand. that brand wouldn’t exist if:
•they collaborated with everyone,
•let anyone promote their watches,
•or sold their products at all price points.
their prestige comes from controlled association and controlled access.
it’s the same with creators.

.@leonabboud was right, We're getting a lot of feedback from brands that they don't want to work with creators who are too heavy into InfoFi. This means two things if you're a creator on InfoFi: 1️⃣ You need to be posting way more organic content. If a brand checks out your profile and you're looking clean, you'll get opportunities. 2️⃣ You need to decide if InfoFi is the best opportunity / use of your brand. Would you get more out of being an entrepreneur, and if not, would you get more out of direct brand deals vs InfoFi? Every path to monetisation has tradeoffs. Make sure you're careful of the invisible ones that you might not be noticing.
