We've got alder elections 2027. Which candidate is responsive? There's also been a push by local advocacy groups, like ETHOS, to roll community improvements into a Community Benefits Agreement aimed at leveraging Psi Quantum Computing Center... don't know if there'd be an opportunity for a similar action to be taken in this neighborhood.

Hey @Metra - will the 105th St @metraRID grade crossing get replaced in 2026? It's been bad for years but has gotten MUCH worse in 2025. It's a hazard to people on bikes and in smaller cars. @streetsblogchi @activetrans
