@RTRowe @moniquepowell Hard part of entering a market is subsidizing your costto beet competitors, if the market doesn’t turn in your favor all you did was change consumer expectations to something the market cant sustain and the business goes broke because funding ran out.

There are other locally based providers that do step in and offer delivery fee refunds and even partial/full refunds on the cost of the food itself when deliveries are extremely late for whatever reason. That DID NOT start here with Hugo nor did it end when they left. I just can't speak to the particular provider you mentioned.

@moniquepowell That’s nice and all but that doesn’t make the product any less awful. 7Krave will be 3 hours late with your food and all they offer is a sorry meanwhile Hugo was refunding your money. Really sad they left cause what remains is the bottom of the barrel

Took me 1.5 years to write this. I rewrote it completely during last summer, and did a big refactoring last month. As Hemingway would have put it: "First draft of everything is shit". Hopefully the final result isn't :)

I think the worst has passed. The rain and wind is minimal. I walked around for an hour and counted 15 houses that were destroyed. I didn’t count business places and other structures.
