🔴 تقول نجوى عبد المحسن، موظفة خمسينية بهيئة الأبنية التعليمية وتقيم في مدينة نصر بالقاهرة، إنها كانت تصرف دواء الضغط من مستشفى التأمين الصحي شهريًا منذ إصابتها عام 2010. لكنها فوجئت مؤخرًا بأن الدواء "غير متوافر". طلبت نجوى النسخة المحلية بدلاً من المستورد، إلا أن رد الصيدلي كان واضحًا: "أيضًا غير متوافر". ◾يعتمد ملايين المصريين على مظلة #التأمين_الصحي في الحصول على الأدوية، خصوصًا المصابين بالأمراض المزمنة. ويبلغ عدد المستفيدين من منظومة التأمين الصحي عام 2024 نحو 57 مليون مصري. غير أن المنتفعين من الأدوية المدعمة شهريًا، يواجهون حاليًا أزمة في توافر الأدوية داخل مستشفيات التأمين الصحي، نتيجة نقص تمويلي واضح من وزارة المالية. ⚠️ جمع #صحيح_مصر شهادات موثقة من محافظات مختلفة تكشف عن نقص في أدوية أساسية، يعود سببه إلى المتأخرات المستحقة لشركات الأدوية لدى هيئة الشراء الموحد. 🔴 نقص أدوية الضغط والأنسولين ◾من مركز بركة السبع التابع لمحافظة #المنوفية، يقول أحمد سمير، 37 عامًا، إن الأزمة مستمرة منذ 4 أشهر، حيث اختفى #الأنسولين وأدوية السكر مثل جلوكوفاج وسيدوفاج، مؤكدًا أن الكثير من المرضى من محدودي الدخل لا يطيقون الشراء من السوق الحر. وأضاف أن خاله، مريض سكر، ويتعرض حاليًا لنوبات إغماء بسبب عدم انتظام العلاج. ورغم تقديم شكاوى لمحافظ المنوفية ومجلس الوزراء، لم يتدخل أحد. ◾أما في #السويس، تقول منى فؤاد، 62 عامًا، أرملة، إنها تبحث منذ شهرين عن دواء الضغط "كونكور 5"، دون جدوى. إذ لا يتوفر داخل مستشفى التأمين الصحي في السويس، ولا في الصيدليات، وإن وُجد، فهو بسعر لا يناسب معاشها، ما أدى إلى تدهور صحتها، واضطر ابنها لتحمّل تكلفة الدواء رغم ظروفه الصعبة. ◾وفي #أسيوط، يواجه ياسر عبد العزيز، 45 عامًا من قرية النخيلة، أزمة بعد اختفاء دواء "بلافيكس" الذي يحتاجه بعد تركيب دعامة بالقلب. يقول إنه توجه فورًا إلى مستشفى التأمين الصحي، لكن لم يجد الدواء، ويخشى على حياته بسبب توقف العلاج. ◾وفي #الشرقية، تحكي المعلمة هالة عطية، 29 عامًا من مركز فاقوس، أنها تعاني من التهاب مزمن في القولون وتستخدم "كولوفيرين د"، لكنه اختفى من صيدلية مستشفى التأمين. وتقول: "الأطباء بلغوني إن أغلب أدوية الجهاز الهضمي مش موجودة، وبقيت أستعمل وصفات بلدي بدل الدواء". ◾وفي حي المطرية بالقاهرة، يواجه فتحي عمران، 54 عامًا، مريض كُلى، صعوبة في الحصول على دواء "لازيكس" الضروري لحالته. يؤكد أنه يزور المستشفى بانتظام لكنه لا يجد الدواء منذ أسابيع. غيابه سبب له احتباسًا في السوائل وتورمًا في القدمين. ◾هذه الشهادات تأتي من قلب منظومة التأمين الصحي التي استفاد منها في العام 2024 نحو 57 مليون مواطن، بينهم طلاب، ومواليد، وأصحاب معاشات، ونساء معيلات. وتضم المنظومة 36 مستشفى، يعمل بها أكثر من 10 آلاف طبيب وصيدلي وممرض، لكنها تواجه حاليًا أزمة غير مسبوقة. 🔴 أزمة تمويل ومديونيات متراكمة ◾رئيس شعبة المستلزمات الطبية بغرفة القاهرة التجارية، محمد إسماعيل عبده، أرجع سبب الأزمة إلى مديونيات ضخمة لصالح شركات الأدوية والمستلزمات، تجاوزت 43 مليار جنيه. ◾وأوضح أن هيئة الشراء الموحد، التي تأسست في 2019 وتُعد الجهة الوحيدة المسؤولة عن شراء كل احتياجات الدولة من الأدوية، مدينة بنحو 20 مليار جنيه لـ43 شركة مستلزمات طبية، و23 مليار جنيه لشركات الأدوية. ◾وأكد عبده أن هذه المديونيات أدت إلى توقف بعض خطوط الإنتاج بسبب نقص السيولة، كما تعثرت شركات في الوفاء بالتزاماتها البنكية. وقال إن شركات كثيرة خفّضت توريد الأدوية والمستلزمات بنسبة تصل إلى 50%، خصوصًا أدوية الضغط والسكر والأعصاب، بعد تحرير سعر صرف الجنيه في مارس 2024، الذي ضاعف تكلفة الاستيراد والإنتاج المحلي. ◾كانت هيئة الشراء الموحد قد عقدت اجتماعًا مع ممثلي الشركات في 11 أغسطس، واتفقت على صرف 25% من المستحقات المتراكمة، تبدأ في الأسبوع الثالث من أغسطس، على أن تُسدد البقية على دفعات خلال العام المالي الجاري، مع التزام وزارة المالية بتغطية الجزء الخاص بالعلاج المجاني، والذي يمثل 60% من المديونية. لكن حتى لحظة إعداد التقرير، لم يُنفذ أي من هذه التعهدات. ◾ورغم هذه المديونية، إلا أنه بناء على مراجعة للبيان الإحصائي الصادر عن وزارة المالية، حققت الهيئة العامة للشراء الموحد أرباح بلغت 3.5 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة بين 2020/2021 إلى 2024/ 2025. 🔴 مصدر بهيئة التأمين: المالية تأخرت في الدفع ◾قال مصدر مسؤول بهيئة التأمين الصحي لـ"صحيح مصر"، إن ما فاقم الأزمة هو تأخر وزارة المالية في إرسال حصتها من تكلفة العلاج المجاني المقدم في مستشفيات وزارة الصحة، والتي تصل إلى 60%. هذا التأخير عطّل سداد مستحقات هيئة الشراء الموحد، ما أثر على التوريد. ◾وأضاف أن الأزمة تفاقمت أيضًا بسبب سياسة "إحلال المثيل المحلي" بدلًا من المستورد، التي بدأ تنفيذها منذ سبعة أشهر. وتهدف هذه السياسة إلى تقليل الفاتورة الاستيرادية، لكنها أدت إلى نقص في بعض الأدوية التي لا يوجد لها بديل محلي بجودة مماثلة، باستثناء أدوية الأورام التي ما زالت تُستورد. @MofEgypt @CabinetEgy @mohpegypt #صحيح_مصر 📨 لو عندك تصريح، خبر، بوست أو تغريدة عايز تتأكد من دقته ومدى صحته.. فريق صحيح مصر على استعداد لتلقي رسائلكم واستفساراتكم عن أي معلومة مشكوك في صحتها، عبر رسائل الصفحة أو على الايميل info@saheeh.news

🇵🇸🇪🇬 Palestinian Authority PM Mohammad Mustafa has begun an official visit to Cairo with several ministers of his government. On Sunday he met Egyptian PM Mostafa Madbouly in Alamein, where the two discussed halting Israel’s genocidal war, scaling up relief, and preparing for an International Conference on Gaza Reconstruction to be convened once a ceasefire is reached. In a readout shared by PA-affiliated Wafa news agency, both sides were said to have reaffirmed in the talks joint coordination moving forward, and Egypt’s readiness to host the conference immediately after the war. According to Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, Mustafa’s agenda also centers on a 15-member “Community Support Committee” — a technocratic body proposed to administer Gaza’s civil and security affairs for 6-12 months after a ceasefire, before handing authority back to the PA. The committee’s head will also serve as Deputy PM, with Gaza physician Majed Abu Ramadan among the names floated today. A central issue is training PA security forces in Egypt. Reports since April revealed that around 300 PA personnel — from police, national security, preventive security, and intelligence units — have already been sent to Egypt for training. Egypt’s FM Badr Abdelatty has since confirmed the program, saying thousands more, up to 5,000 Palestinian officers will be trained to maintain security in Gaza after the war, under PA authority. Some reports claimed that not only West Bank personnel, but also hundreds of young men from Gaza have been enrolled in Egyptian security colleges to prepare for this “day after” scenario. During his Cairo leg, Mustafa is expected to meet FM Abdelatty, visit the Rafah crossing, inspect aid warehouses and a field hospital, and hold a joint press conference Monday. ➤ Separately, Cairo is set to host a meeting bringing together Egyptian and Qatari officials with Palestinian factions, including Hamas, to discuss how to advance a deal amid Netanyahu’s intransigence. The Public Prosecution summoned Mada Masr Editor-in-Chief Lina Attalah on Saturday to appear for questioning next Monday in case 6182/2025. Although the summons did not specify the reason for the investigation, it comes a day after the Interior Ministry issued a statement denying what was published by an unnamed website regarding a leaked letter attributed to an inmate at a correctional and rehabilitation center. The letter included “allegations that he was subjected to violations,” stressing the “falsity of the letter” and that legal action would be taken against those who spread it. The Interior Ministry followed up its statement with another, in which it denied “allegations by the Muslim Brotherhood” regarding a strike by some inmates over violations inside a correctional and rehabilitation center. Mada Masr published a report on Thursday concerning complaints from prisoners in Badr 3 prison about abuses they have been subjected to. The report includes a leaked letter from former Alexandria Governor Hassan al-Brins, who is imprisoned in Badr 3, in which he complained of widespread abuses against him and a number of other detainees. The report also includes an announcement from the families of several leading figures in the Muslim Brotherhood currently imprisoned within sector 2 of Badr 3 prison that they are going on an open-ended hunger strike to protest deteriorating conditions in detention and abuses against them.
