Not commenting on timing or what stage anything would happen, but NVS were not as high on my list until I did work on it over the weekend. When the time is right we will hear about something, but CRVS has lots of data coming and I would not think is in a rush.
I would think $NVS is aware and watching, especially as they are partnered w/ $GLUE on their VAV1 degrader for Th17 diseases and I have written about the close proximity of VAV1 and ITK in TCR signaling and their differences. If you are interested in VAV1, you would have to know about ITK.

$NVS Novartis flew Basel → San Francisco nonstop tonight — a Sunday evening in late June. That route is rare: just 4 times in 3+ years, every one between January and February — 3 of them in early January (ostensibly) tied to JPM Healthcare Conference in SF. This fleet is traditionally regimented, which is what makes the breaks worth watching. For years, every Novartis trip to San Diego used Brown Field, a small airport in southern San Diego. Then on Sunday 10/12/25, a jet flew Boston → San Diego International (SAN) — the first SAN landing in 3 years. Two weeks later, Novartis announced its $12B acquisition of San Diego's Avidity Biosciences. Every San Diego trip since has used SAN. Tonight is another break from the pattern.

@Rushing9000 @HOThomasWPhelps Corvus guided SIERRA1 topline for Q3’27, so anything before that would be an upside case. Just my opinion: I wouldn’t worry about that in the grand scheme because Corvus aims to differentiate SQL on treatment paradigm (bigger prize), not time to market.

AD is not a neat single-cytokine disease. It is Type 2-centered, but it is not Type 2-only. Soquelitinib is designed to suppress Th2 and Th17 inflammatory programs while increasing Tregs — a broader immune-rebalancing strategy than a STAT6-only approach. Corvus’ SID materials position ITK blockade as reducing Th2 and Th17 pathways and shifting Th17 biology toward Tregs.

ITK sits at a T-cell differentiation control point. Selective ITK inhibition can suppress Th2 and Th17 differentiation while sparing Th1 through RLK compensation and promoting a Th17-to-Treg shift. Soquelitinib’s data show persistent Treg increases, increased BACH2, and reduced RORγT/RORC — a mechanistic package consistent with immune reprogramming rather than simple pathway suppression.
