As part of the agreement, Arsenal will use Deel’s software for club staff and international operations, while the Deel brand will gain visibility across the club’s digital platforms and commercial network. This is not just a sponsorship. Whether clubs acknowledge it or not, such agreements represent a political and ethical choice. Arsenal has faced heavy criticism over this decision.
