@ace_national Can I just confirm recent successful applications of DYCP have to wait until they have had their offer letter (coming soon I hope?!) before they apply for payment.

@SW_Help help at Clapham Junction trying to get to Basingstoke! Apps saying trains on time right until the last minute then cancelled! Feel sorry for the staff on the platform as they have as much info at us and constantly getting it in the ear! Please can we have better info!!

@SW_Help @thetrainline We ended up missing a friends birthday etc. stuck on a platform for hours. Explain etc but no refund.

@SW_Help @thetrainline Hi via @thetrainline scanned in local station then changed at Clapham junction but there we no trains out and ended up being too late to travel for plans and didn’t want to risk it if no trains back. Explain to trainline because because we scanned back out starting station :(

@SW_Help Hi - we didn’t end up getting a uber at because it would have cost £120 can we get a refund off you as @thetrainline is refusing at we scanned in and out again of starting station (local), even though I explained I had to abandon the journey?

Landed safely and made it to the hospital. My mom’s in stable condition, possible infection in her lungs as well as in her colon (diverticulitis). She’s getting some more MRIs now, so here’s hoping we get an actual answer soon. 🙏
