@aceragoff IMO the current issue with live payout structures is that paying 15% flattens the payouts too much. There is almost no incentive to finish last 2 or 3 tables as opposed to min cashing.

Dear poker rooms both live and online. If people are ICM chopping your tournaments a lot, your payout structures are too top heavy.
If you are only paying 11-12% of the field the payout should at least be 2x buyin, and ideally expected dealer tip out on top of 2x.

I played all day in a $1.2k at Commerce where my neighbor used GTO wizard between hands. I told the floor, nothing happened and he kept doing it
