I am aware of the water outage in Tunbridge Wells - indeed I am without water myself.
I am onto the CEO of South East Water and will post updates here as I get them.
Mike
@ThreshedThought Why were these sites not already known and agreed so they can act quickly? It seems that as usual they are totally unprepared. Last night they said the issue would be fixed at 6am this morning, clearly that was a blatant lie if they knew the problem & steps to fix it.
I said that the bottled water station yesterday in Tonbridge was totally unacceptable.
One is being established urgently in Tunbridge Wells. We will share the location when it is up and running.
In addition I made clear that one site is not sufficient for the scale of outage and the CEO will be looking to establish a further site (in another part of town).
@Avis this damage was on the mirror from the car I just collected from Palermo Sicily. The notes state no damage though which is wrong as you can see. I can’t email anyone, I’ve called the Palermo office several times but no answer. So this is my evidence!
The UK immediately needs to:
- Increase defence spending rapidly (rather than shrinking its army)
- Focus its military strategy on deterring Russian aggression in Europe (rather than confronting ‘global threats’)
- Work with European allies to defend Europe under a NATO that doesn’t have US support (rather than assuming that America guarantees European security).
Anything less would be a government dereliction of duty.
Sparks fly in Fantasy 606 this week ⚡️
Tempted to triple on Haaland? 🤔
And we put @vksparks & @chris_sutton73 on the spot in a classic game of Sutton Death 💀
Don’t forget the Friday deadline! ⏰

@FplVelvet Gabriel actually has 4 goals as well, didn’t FPL not give him one which later was given to him or something?
He could be a massive punt, but chances he scores in either game is very low at the end of the day, get a goal from a defender and it’s mainly lucky timing really
Cristian Romero 🇦🇷
A differential you may consider on your WC
More PL goals than Gabriel this season
I seriously don’t expect any CS’s of course, but he’s nailed to start every game, isn’t the most expensive at £5.1m & does carry goal threat
Vicario arguably the better option, should make plenty of saves. Again, wouldn’t expect a CS.
@FPL__Raptor Watkins. Statistically he’s been very lucky so far this season, 7 of his 10 goals have had a PSxG of less than 0.50, many a lot less. Added that 8 assists from 4.6 xA and I think I’ve had the best of him
Fantasy 606 Gwk 21

Great work from the Mistry family getting Jota in and captaining Darwin for the listeners 👏🏻
Table below 👇🏻
#FPL
@alibruceball Great pod as usual guys. Dr Rick a welcome addition, but what @StatmanDave thinks is a treat is very different to me (but thanks for trying!)
I’m off to sort my Olise(r), Bowen and Trent shaped problems! Good luck everyone
Hold on Haaland? 🤔
Is it Timo time? 🤔
Or even Toney time? 🤔
Jump on Jota? 🤔
Dabble with De Bruyne? 🤔
So many #FPL questions ahead of Gwk 21 and as always Fantasy 606 is the pod with all the answers 😉
Deadline at 1815 tmw ⏰ 👀 bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0…
@FPLFella Why is his lead foot so high and above the ball?
This is what used to be called a “forwards challenge”, a guy who can’t tackle for shit basically. Isolate the challenge & ignore the outcome that no one was injured & it looks dreadful. If he won the ball then ok, but he doesn’t.
@FPLFella I’ve heard it was very dubious. But I think it is a red. It doesn’t look bad as the Palace player has his foot in the air so contact is minimal, however if his foot was planted it could have been a nasty injury. You simple can’t go into a challenge with your studs up + foot high
@alibruceball@PageSpud@thisiswilldaly@morrisonclinton Merry Christmas to you all.
Spud that was a great song, well done 👏🏻, I think he deserves to manage the listeners team and use the 2 FTs next GW.
Next season the listeners team should be done by votes on here. A manger gets 2 suggestions with a third option be “leave it alone”
@FplVelvet@fplnkunku I think we all have our biases, including you.
I’d say it could have been a red, but should be yellow. Not one VAR should overturn, much like the Jones one they did overturn.
The idea there has bias against Spurs is silly
@FplVelvet While I do agree there is a reasonable chance this is true, probably even Man U can point to small moments and claim they could potentially be top of the league right now.
Basically every fan remembers those small moments that cost their teams points, tend forget them luck though
Talk about butterfly effect. Pain.
If that Son goal goes in to make it 2-0… it massively puts us in control of that game & can slow it down, dictate the tempo
• Players don’t get overly aggressive and lose their heads (Udogie two foot challenge set the tone)
• Romero probably doesn’t make that challenge & get sent off
• VDV probably doesn’t tear his hamstring as he’s not needing to sprint with a high line & the game being as fast paced at it was
• Maddison probably doesn’t damage his ankle ligaments (may not be true as an ankle issue was ongoing, but not clear if it was ligament related)
• Udogie probably doesn’t get sent off
• We probably would of had a near enough full squad for Wolves… confident we’d win in that case
@LetsTalk_FPL Yet I didn’t see one Spurs fan say Jones didn’t deserve a red a few weeks ago, but most think Romero did nothing wrong (and ignore that he should have been sent off early for his stupid kick anyway)
Lots saying Udogie didn't touch Sterling and Romero got the ball first.
Neither things matter for the kinds of tackles they were.
I also fully understand many won't agree so no need to debate it 😀
@FPLFella Must be 3. Jones got 3 and was far less aggressive, he also refused to leave the field for a long time, Virgil got an additional match ban for that.
So should be 3+1 if they had any consistency, which we know they don’t!
@HarveyyyMP@DaBaby29798755@WhoScored Yeah it is early anyway, so to learn even the smallest thing context needs to be added.
And yes, perhaps the Luton game should be removed to I agree as Spurs would have had more touches in their box with 11 men
