What happened to Sam Altman and his family is really awful. It is hard to reconcile his call to “de-escalate the rhetoric and tactics” with his implication that a piece of critical journalism (Ronan Farrow and Andrew Marantz’s New Yorker article, presumably) was responsible for this.

En el colegio de mi hija (primera grado) ningún maestro les dijo absolutamente nada de la misión de Artemis II, ni la luna, ni la NASA, ni ningún tipo de comentario. No me indigna, me parece triste esta apatía general ante lo extraordinario.

Fui a la boda de un colega, un almuerzo sencillo, buen ambiente y todo en su sitio. Le di 150€ en un sobre por mi acompañante y por mí, algo que me pareció acorde a lo que fue la celebración. Together with RDW, we have officially completed the final vehicle testing phase for Full Self-Driving (Supervised) and have submitted all documentation required for the UN R-171 approval + Article 39 exemptions. The RDW team is now reviewing the documentation and test results package internally. They have communicated the expected approval for Netherlands date of 4/10, shifting from 3/20 previously and we look forward to successful completion of this cooperation.  Following the Netherlands’ approval, European countries will be able to recognize this approval nationally. We are anticipating a possible EU-wide approval during the summer. Over the past 18 months, this approval has involved a series of intense documentation, development, testing, research & audits. Including but certainly not limited to: – 1,600,000+ km of FSD (Supervised) testing on EU roads – 13,000+ customer sales ride-alongs – 4,500+ track test scenario executions – Thousands of pages of written documentation for 400+ compliance requirements – Dozens of research studies into safety performance/results We're extremely proud of the work conducted with the RDW team up until this point. We very much look forward to the approval in April, and sharing FSD (Supervised) with our patient EU customers!

We cannot simply speak about withdrawing from Donbas as a matter of compromise. Our withdrawal from Donbas would open up opportunities for the Russian Federation to occupy our most fortified territories without losses. Some people say it would take a year to a year and a half to build new fortifications. But everyone forgets: first and foremost, that is a year and a half. And even if it were less, fortifications in an open field are a completely different matter from those in urban areas. They can never provide equally strong protection. A withdrawal would give the Russian Federation room for large-scale maneuver. They could advance either toward Kharkiv or toward Dnipro, destroying our cities. And two major cities would be at risk – cities that, incidentally, generate a significant share of our GDP. So many people have died there… The morale of our army would certainly decline. There would undoubtedly be a rift in society. The army – which would surely not support such steps – on one side, and society on the other. And division within society is precisely what Putin is aiming for. Moreover, there are currently 200,000 people living in the territories of Donbas that we are defending. Solo puedo aplaudir esta segunda parte, en especial a Gavi saliendo de lesión, Eric que me deja sin palabras, a Fermin por lucharlo todo y a Olmo por saber llevar al equipo sin Pedri, lo de Lamine es de otro planeta. Esta competición es una mierda pero hace 2 años juegas con 10 y te metes atras a esperar hoy el equipo ha seguido jugando igual lo que demuestra el crecimiento y el caracter de este equipo, ya no te hablo del equipo que teniamos en 2022. Las criticas como siempre iran a la defensa pero si de verdad quieren ganar esta competición a parte de echarle las ganas y la intensidad que han metido hoy no se pueden perdonar tantas ocasiones, aqui el que perdona lo paga muy muy muy caro. Orgulloso de este equipo y a pensar en la vuelta, si creí con un 0-4 imaginate con un 0-2

Así como por cualquier tontería injustificada el precio de NVIDIA baja, no entendería que hoy, por la información que se ha compartido de Mythos, no subiera. Es evidencia clara de que más computación sí se sigue traduciendo en un salto claro en capacidades de los modelos.

Many seem to expect the livestream to have stunning high quality moon photos- those are coming. Keep in mind, bandwidth at the distance to the moon is a highly limited resource, they don't have the ability to quickly upload high resolution images while also streaming everything they're seeing. For now, you'll see a stream coming from the exterior GoPrso, then the crew will share photos captured from their cameras with better lenses etc from inside the cabin. Amazing photos are on their way!

"Our ability to design, fabricate, and package ultra-high-performance chips at scale will help accelerate Terafab’s aim to produce 1 TW/year of compute to power future advances in AI and robotics."
