@framebridge thanks for providing bad customer service in 2021, followed up with an apology gift card to “make up” for the mistake. Fast forward to now when I want to use it, only to learn it has an expiration date. Lame attempt at an apology I guess. Business lost.

Honestly I might have to give up on @framebridge went to the store to pick up my latest framing job and the minute they opened it so I can make sure it was correct I could see it was wrong. The store confirmed the layout we sent in is not the layout we got back. Great use of $358
