There are heated discussions about AC in Europe. However the lack of widespread adoption of bidets (even in the US) is the real elephant in the room.

Folks (guys and gals), don't be psyopped by this article. You don't have unlimited time. You need to be moving. Don't put off life. Don't look at Anne Hathaway getting pregnant at 43 and think "Oh, ok I'll be fine." It's a psyop. You'll have massive regret if you squander your youth with hedonism and selfish BS and then try to scramble to have a real life later. Don't be deceived by lies.

Basta decidir. Com admiração e respeito, -@levelsio

🇦🇷 Invest in Argentina
both paths are real, and which one applies depends on what you're actually buying. For a resale with a clean title chain, waiting for the deed is the right move. The seller either has escritura or they don't, and if they don't, that's your negotiating lever, not your problem to absorb. The renegotiated boleto with all chain parties is more of a developer/en pozo situation, where the original boleto circulated through multiple cesiones and nobody has a deed yet because the building isn't done. Cleaning that up by getting everyone back to the table is standard practice there. What neither path replaces is the informe de dominio and inhibiciones before any non-refundable peso moves. That's the registry pull that tells you who actually owns the thing on paper and whether the seller has any personal freezes that would block the transfer. Your own escribano runs it, not the seller's.

An escribano told a friend the boleto de compraventa isn't a deed, just a promise to sign one. How do you actually confirm someone can legally sell before you hand over a peso?

@investinarg It works like that in most of the world (boleto is CPCV in Portugal, contrato de arras in Spain, contrato promesa in Mexico, etc).

@investinarg Wait for him to have the deed, or renegotiate a new boleto de compraventa with all parties (him but also with others who signed the original boleto, usually a developer).

Stop saying 50 is middle aged. “For US men only 1 out of 16,566 of us make it to 100. True Male US Average Lifespan = 75.1 years. Unpopular Conclusions: When 37 years old, you are middle aged. For half of us, halfway is less than 37. Stop delaying… you gon’ die :)” — @AlexHormozi

Piccadilly Circus. The London Councils didn’t like our campaign against the upcoming state spyware in the UK. So, first the word ”government” was blacked out. Then the whole message was scrapped. On the other side of the road, though: alive and kicking.

🇪🇺 Chat Control has passed 😔 They can and will now legally scan any person's messages, emails and photos you send without a warrant The way they passed this law when the majority of the European Parliament was against it will shock you: They waited until most EP members were on holiday so only a few were present and then created an "urgent" vote for it to pass it through There's nothing democratic about any of it and big powerful forces are behind this that can manipulate the EU for whatever they want Democracy in Europe died a bit today 😔

mass surveillance is coming > first 5 votes fail > have another vote > invoke technicality to require majority to vote AGAINST rather than requiring majority to vote FOR > do it when everyone's on vacation so not enough numbers to vote against demonic creatures

CHAT CONTROL IS COMING Even though most Members of the European Parliament have voted to REJECT Chat Control, we have not been able to reach the absolute majority that was needed (361 Members). This is a sad day for Europeans.

My Balkan mind cannot comprehend this Western trend. Every single woman of every single generation that I have ever encountered in my entire lifetime had an education and acfull-time job. They all had husbands and kids. What is this? Why are women building their entire identities around having no skills, no income, no ambition, no interests, and no ability to function outside of their husband’s wallet? I have no patience for the “all men are evil” school of feminism either, but this is reckless and frankly - retarded. What do you mean you are 37 and have no job, no CV, and no credit card of your own? What do you mean you don’t want to get an education or learn a skill? A trade? A job? What happens to you and your kids if your husband dies young (like my dad) or falls ill and can no longer provide? What the fuck are these women thinking? You live in the wealthiest, most privileged societies in the world where you have endless opportunities, yet that’s the route you chose? Most women around the world would give up a kidney to have access to the flexible job opportunities you are awarded to be default of birth lottery.

Trad wifery isn't all that it is cracked up to be. Life is perfect until he trades you in and you're left with nothing. No job, no income, no money, nothing. Think.
