@virginmedia@virginmedia Residential movers team told me the business team need to sort it, today the business team told me it’s nothing to do with them and they can’t help. Still paying for services I don’t have, massively frustrated.
Moved house and trying to take @virginmedia with us is a bloody joke, new house is currently a business address so movers team can’t set it up and the 5 people I’ve spoken to just point me at a different team. No answer to chat or text, 2 weeks of trying to sort. Pathetic.

@FirstNorwich what on earth has been going on with the 24s on Dereham Road our of the city in January, service is appalling, several 3 in a row no shows??
@FirstNorwich Thanks Tom, the 8.30 24A also seems to be missing in action now (admittedly only just), although it rarely seems to turn up, 8.15 is usually more reliable!
