Craig Kimbrel and Max Scherzer might be the only pitchers left who prefer "old-school" conditioning. Scherzer runs foul poles. Sometimes I would see him running on Roosevelt Avenue the day after starts. Kimbrel has a road bike and finds waterfront paths in different cities.
