i’m actually surprised by the replies. i hit 5k most days by lunch without leaving the house. i just don’t sit in one spot for long, always moving, and it adds up.

Claude Code has a regex that detects "wtf", "ffs", "piece of shit", "fuck you", "this sucks" etc. It doesn't change behavior...it just silently logs is_negative: true to analytics. Anthropic is tracking how often you rage at your AI Do with this information what you will

i get that reviewing code is now the bottleneck but it’s a necessary one. if you’re shipping anything someone is going to pay for please have the courtesy to respect their money.

we’re so used to micromanagement that there’s a mental block when it comes to ai workers. everyone is focused on task execution instead of goal orientation. but task generation is already work that ai can do on it’s own. we’ve seen this in coding agents.

iq is not evenly distributed across geography. people with similar iq tend to cluster together
a 130 iq person is likely to live & work in a society of similar people. the same goes for a 70 iq person.
even if both of these societies are in the same country or same city

IQ is a bellcurve. Someone with an IQ of 83 is as divergent from the mean as someone with an IQ of 117, definitionally. But whats more fascinating to me is that if you have an IQ of 130, youre as neurodivergent as someone with an IQ of 70. If you have an IQ of 150, youre as neurodivergent as someone with an IQ of 50. This is why I say having a high IQ is itself a disability- society is *also* not set up for you and your hyperlexia, pattern matching abilities, and ability to rotate complex shapes in your mind barely compensates for that at all.
