I read an article today that said that circumstances contribute only 10 percent to our happiness and well being. The other 90 comes who you choose to develop on the inside, the real you. I like that 💁🏼

@simonGPman @theblissbean It's so easy to get distracted but we throw away valuable self growth in our inability to focus, right?! Paper all the way.

@franthring @theblissbean The word ‘discipline’ stands out. I think it’d be great if we all read more. Can’t beat a physical book in my opinion. Anyone prefer reading on a screen?

@LucyCreber I totally agree. A good attitude can make a difference before even an action is taken.
