Reflecting on year 5 of Skaleit this month. Year 1: survival. Two clients. Doing everything alone. No systems. No processes. Year 2: building. Five clients. First hire. Still chaotic but starting to build frameworks. Year 3: proving. Eight clients. Case studies starting to generate inbound. First $100K revenue month for a client. Year 4: scaling. Fifteen clients. Team in place. Systems working. First $500K client month. Year 5: refining. Focusing on quality over quantity. Turning down clients that do not fit. Investing in creative strategy as the core service. The agency today looks nothing like the agency from year 1. But the principle is the same: perform every single month or lose the client. That pressure has not changed. And it should not.

My take on X becoming more like TikTok 👇 If Nikita shifts the algorithm this way, it’ll likely push content locally first → then go global after it proves viral. Look at IG vs TikTok: - Instagram → no VPN needed, but content must be HIGH quality - TikTok → brainrot still goes viral And now… X is starting to look like TikTok. That’s the problem. I don’t come here to watch reuploaded brainrot from TikTok. I come here to see what founders are building, thinking, sharing. That’s literally why I pay for X Premium+. Kinda sad to see the platform slowly losing its original quality. Soon your feed will be full of “US accounts” posting “fruit love island” lol

Question about Meta Ads. Ads perform great on weekdays but tank on weekends and meta is still spending money. Is it safe to turn off ads on weekends and start them on Monday again?

@WallStreetApes Wrong. Turn on Dark Mode on your device and your X app will go into Dark Mode. It is now controlled at the Operating System level, not the app-level (which made no sense and created issues throughout the app).

The newest version of the X App no longer has the option to switch to Dark Mode If you update or delete the app and reinstall you will be stuck on Light Mode. Be warned

Datafast is the website I use the most everyday. The real time view is amazing to get a feel for the users interactions
