@Jobby237381 I do say even though we've had them go against us in the past! Handball rule seems to be different when it's involving us compared to everyone else but by the laws of the game it should be a goal if coming off the shoulder. Their equaliser is absolutely offside though

@Mcdcrasher @afcbfan_hw Yeah I've since seen the equaliser back and it absolutely should be ruled out for offside. Couldn't be a more blatant obstruction of Petrovic's view. That being said very very avoidable on our part letting them have the set piece and then letting it get to that stage

@tpalmer77 Players going down like dominoes/diving in both boxes has cost us 2 points tonight. Can think of 2 massive occasions in each box where our player has chosen to go down in the hope they get a cheap free kick/penalty and we've paid the price

@Liam_AFCB I'm not a fan of them being given when it's that tight but you have to draw a line somewhere. Even though we've had them go against us in the past, scoring with the shoulder is allowed and the shoulder is beyond the last man so it's by the laws offside

@AddyFi You're not the only one who doesn't want Howe! I think a lot of fans seem to have forgotten how rubbish we were in 2019/20. Not only that but Newcastle have been turgid this season and have very little to no tactical identity, in addition with Howe led poor recruitment

Especially given he's been public on many occasions about his family and the lifestyle they like to live. Bilbao is by far and away the best fit for that. Not to mention he played 400+ games for them

@AdamFulwell_ No worries, can't lie until I found out after the game about the payment I had no idea how on earth my local team were playing Real Madrid in a friendly! One kid got his arm broken from a Ronaldo free kick and ended up with signed Real Madrid memorabilia as a result

@real_tigerz @AdamFulwell_ I don't know if Bournemouth made profit off the game itself but I know a lot of people who got season tickets off the back of that one game. Tickets were £60/£30 for adults/kids so would've made about half the fee back in gate receipts alone

@Liam_AFCB He's said on multiple occasions his family and him prefer a quieter life. Living in a city like London doesn't exactly marry with that! It'll be a move back to boyhood club Bilbao or he stays at Bournemouth
