Buying is an option but when prices are so badly inflated and rise of interest rates it actually makes sense to continue to rent and hope that one day thay housing bubble will eventually burst. 4/4

For reference we've only been here for 4 years. We pay 1375. He wants to up it to 2000. Similar unit as ours is renting for 2300 avg. I don't know what we're going to do but something has to give somewhere. As it is we're stretched pretty thin... 3/4
